About Ann

My interest and curiosity for Eastern medicine and philosophy showed up early in life, alongside a passion for the creative arts. I was completely immersed in drawing and pottery from a young age and attended the Royal Academy of Fine Arts to study photography. I love taking pictures and throwing pottery to this day.

I’ll always remember my first ever experience of acupuncture in my home town of Antwerp, seeking relief from the stresses of an intense job. The feeling of deep peace and centeredness I felt ignited a life-long passion for Chinese medicine and its strong connection to the natural world.

I came to England to study Footwear Design and work in the shoe industry, but Chinese medicine continued to be a mainstay in my life and I eventually decided to change focus. I have held a master practitioner diploma of Tuina (Chinese) massage since 2013, and became a certified acupuncturist in 2014. I continue to study acupuncture and Qigong to this day.

In line with the ethos of Chinese medicine, I take a whole-person approach to health. All aspects within and around you play a part in any health issue, and by identifying and repairing what troubles you, your health can be restored.

My mission is to support you on your path to health and contentment, to maintain your health and live your life to the fullest – a life that doesn’t struggle with itself, but harmonises with everything.
